1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Slab Journey (apps or website), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Slab Journey provides price intelligence, portfolio tracking, collection tools, and collector/shop trading features. Price data is sourced from third parties (currently PriceCharting) for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Commerce amounts are in EUR; market amounts may be stored in source currency (USD) and shown via FX conversion.
3. Accounts
- You must be 13 or older (or older where required locally).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or redistribute our data without written permission, attempt to breach security, harass users, or use the service for fraud or illegal activity.
5. Premium and fees
Premium subscriptions and trading service (safekeeping) fees are sold on this website via Stripe when enabled. Pricing is published on the Premium / Pricing pages and may change with notice as required by law. Native apps do not run in-app checkout.
6. Disclaimer
Price data is for reference only and should not be the sole basis for buying or selling decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
