1. Who we are
Slab Journey provides market price tracking, portfolio, collection, and trading/shop tools via native apps (Android, Windows, iOS when published) and this website. Contact: contact@slabjourney.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account: email and authentication data (hashed via Supabase Auth).
- Portfolio / collection / shop / trade: cards, grades, quantities, cost basis, notes, listings, and request metadata you create.
- Payments (when live): entitlement and payment references; card numbers are handled by Stripe Checkout on the website, not stored in the native apps.
- Support: bug reports and diagnostics you submit.
- Analytics: optional website analytics only after consent (if enabled). Native apps default to no product analytics for v1.0 unless separately enabled.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the product features you use.
- To authenticate you and secure the service.
- To process Premium / service fees on the website when billing is live.
- To respond to support requests.
- We never sell your personal data.
4. Storage & processors
Primary application data is stored on Supabase (EU / Frankfurt for this project). Website hosting may use Vercel. Billing (when live) uses Stripe. Market reference prices come from PriceCharting (not your personal data).
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Email contact@slabjourney.com — we aim to respond within 30 days. Account deletion requests are handled within 30 days after verification.
6. Children
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law).
7. Changes
Material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
